PMP Personnel Services is partnering with well-established manufacturing companies in Williamsburg that are actively hiring Manufacturing & Skilled Trades team members for full-time opportunities.

These roles support modern production and manufacturing operations in clean, organized facilities where reliability, hands-on skills, and teamwork are highly valued.

Current openings may include production operation, equipment support, preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, machine operation, and general manufacturing support.

What You’ll Be Doing
Depending on the role, responsibilities may include:

• Operate production equipment and manufacturing machinery
• Inspect products and materials to ensure quality standards are met
• Perform repetitive hands-on production tasks
• Package and prepare finished products for shipment
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical or production equipment
• Perform preventative maintenance and equipment inspections
• Support machinery setup, repairs, and facility upkeep
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas
• Follow manufacturing and safety procedures throughout the shift

What We’re Looking For

• Strong reliability and attendance
• Comfortable working in manufacturing or industrial environments
• Ability to stay active throughout the shift
• Mechanical aptitude or troubleshooting skills preferred for skilled positions
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
• Manufacturing or maintenance experience is a plus, but not required for all roles
• Willingness to learn and support production operations
