Maintenance Tech

Join CPMG as a Maintenance Technician for a 125 Unit apartment community in Jackson, TN. You’ll be responsible for the daily maintenance operations and support the manager while ensuring resident satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Daily work orders
• Perform and oversee general repairs (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, etc.)
• Ensure units are ready for move-ins
• Maintain property safety and standards
• Manage inventory and supplies

Requirements:

• Prior maintenance experience required
• Leadership experience preferred
• Knowledge of general repairs
• Dependable, organized, and team-oriented
