Job Summary

Provides basic patient care.

General Accountabilities

Provides physical support to assist patients to perform daily living activities.

Assisting with personal care.
Reporting and changes to family member.
Records vital signs, as directed by family member.
Observes or examines patients to detect symptoms that may require medical attention.
Reminds patients to take medications or nutritional supplements.
Light meal prep. Feeds patients or assists patients to eat or drink.
light housekeeping, Changes bed linens or makes beds.

Job Qualifications
Education: HHA Certificate/ Certification of Nursing Assistance (CNA)
Experience: A few months to one year of related experience
