Reach Truck Operator

Manpower is pleased to be the exclusive Hiring Agency for our client in Goshen NY and providing the facility with some of its top talent for the past couple of years.  A privately owned leading logistics and warehousing organization is seeking a Temp to Hire Reach Truck candidates to join their team.  As a Reach Truck Operator, you will be part of the warehouse operations supporting inventory management and order fulfillment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.
 

Job Title: Reach Truck Operators

Location: Goshen, NY

Pay Range: $21.00/hr + Overtime

Shift: Daytime Hours, Monday-Thursday, 7am-5pm & Overtime on Friday's
 

What's the Job?

· Operate customized fleet of High Reach Equipment specifically built to pick/ replenishment full pallets from a high bay facility.

· Exposure and gained operational experience of latest automation/technology

· The client operates multiple facilities across the country. This specific facility’s main task is to act as a Distributor of full pallet orders shipped to vendors that break down for individual customers.

· No evening or overnight schedules all operations are performed across multiple first shift (daylight) schedules.

What's Needed?

· Recent and relative Stand-up High Reach (Raymond or Crown). Multi-function control handle w/ reverse steering. Operated from standing position utilizing lift controls to raise and lower pallets into position.

· Roles to be performed will be putting new stock away and full pallet order picking.

· Flexibility to work beyond 12-hour shifts and OT to accommodate customer orders
