Position Responsibilities
- Configure, test, document, and implement Deltek Costpoint Materials modules - including Purchasing, Inventory, MRP, Receiving, and Subcontract Management - across multiple concurrent client engagements
- Serve as lead consultant or support a lead consultant on Costpoint Materials deployments, taking ownership of project priorities in alignment with project plans and schedules
- Provide status reports to the Deltek Project Manager and proactively escalate risks or issues as appropriate
- Deliver training to both internal teams and customer-facing audiences; develop and maintain training materials that reflect current implementation best practices
- Apply analytical and technical expertise to resolve client materials management and procurement challenges, identifying root causes and recommending actionable solutions
- Assist with data mapping and loading procedures for items, vendors, purchase orders, and inventory balances to ensure accurate system configuration
- Build trusted relationships with clients, third-party consultants, and internal teams by actively listening, troubleshooting, and delivering on commitments
- Collaborate cross-functionally - particularly with Accounting and Projects consultants - to ensure all client requirements are met throughout the project lifecycle
Qualifications
Required Qualifications- Hands-on experience with Deltek Costpoint ERP Materials modules is required
- Minimum 5 years of consulting, procurement, supply chain, or materials management experience
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
- Demonstrated experience designing, configuring, testing, and documenting ERP materials and procurement processes and workflows
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
- US Citizenship is required for this role
- Prior experience in a government contracting environment
- Background as an ERP Consultant, Procurement Manager, Supply Chain Manager, or Materials Manager in a GovCon organization
- Familiarity with DCAA compliance, DCMA property management requirements, and audit readiness best practices for material costs
- Experience leading client-facing ERP implementations independently
- Ability to quickly establish credibility with new and diverse clients across varying project contexts

Compensation Info
The U.S. salary range for this position is $72,000.00-$127,000.00. This range is subject to change as Deltek takes a number of factors into consideration when determining individual base pay, such as location, job-related knowledge, skills and experience. Certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, including incentive compensation and equity.
