Job Description
Job Title: Physical Therapist (PT)
Location: East Longmeadow, MA
Pay: $40–$65/hr
Practice Setting: Short-Term Rehab | Assisted Living | LTACH | Long-Term Care
We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist (PT) to provide high-quality rehabilitation services to residents across a variety of care settings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide and oversee physical therapy services using evidence-based practices and recognized clinical standards.
- Evaluate resident needs and develop outcome-driven treatment plans.
- Coordinate and supervise treatment plans with clinical staff and interdisciplinary teams.
Position Requirements:
- Master’s or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy.
- Current and active Physical Therapist license in the state of practice.
- Experience or knowledge in older adult rehabilitation preferred.
- Familiarity with regulatory guidelines in skilled nursing and related healthcare settings preferred.
