Job Description

The Mechanical Assembler is responsible for assembling mechanical components and products by following detailed work instructions, blueprints, and drawings. This role requires strong attention to detail, proficiency with basic hand and power tools, and a commitment to producing high-quality products in a safe and efficient manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

  • Assemble mechanical components and products in accordance with work instructions, blueprints, and drawings.
  • Use basic hand and power tools to perform mechanical assembly tasks safely and accurately.
  • Handle and assemble small parts with precision and care.
  • Follow established production processes to meet quality and efficiency standards.
  • Inspect assembled components to ensure they meet required specifications and quality criteria.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area to support safety and productivity.
  • Collaborate with a small team to coordinate workflow and meet production goals.
  • Adhere to all safety guidelines and procedures while working in the manufacturing environment.

Essential Skills

  • Proven experience in a mechanical assembly role.
  • Proficiency in using basic hand tools for assembly work.
  • Strong attention to detail when working with small parts and components.
  • Ability to follow written work instructions, blueprints, and drawings accurately.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
