Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for key hires across multiple business areas.
• Develop sourcing strategies, including direct outreach and talent pipeline development.
• Partner with hiring leaders to define hiring needs and provide market insights.
• Deliver a high-quality candidate experience from sourcing through offer stage.
• Maintain recruiting systems, reporting, and compliance standards.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Proven success filling professional, technical, or leadership roles.
• Strong sourcing, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience advising hiring managers on recruiting best practices.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment analytics.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
