Experienced ICU/PCU RN - CVICU Role | Nights

Role Summary

You’ll be working in a high-acuity cardiovascular ICU, caring for critically ill patients—often those on:

• Ventilators
• IV drips (vasoactive, sedation, etc.)

Core responsibilities include:

• Acting as a patient & family advocate
• Educating patients and families on treatment plans
• Delivering intensive, detail-oriented care
• Collaborating closely with a multidisciplinary ICU team

✅ Requirements

Experience:

• 1+ year recent ICU RN experience (last 2–3 years)
  OR
• 2+ years PCU experience (may be considered)
• Florida RN license (or compact license; must convert within 60 days)
• ADN required, BSN preferred

Compensation & Extras

• Night Differential: +$4.25/hr
• Sign-on Bonus: Case-by-case
