Licensing Administrator

Position Details:

• Pay Rate: $25/hour
• Location: Deerfield, IL (100% Onsite – 5 days/week)
• Duration: 1-year contract with potential for extension/contract-to-hire
• Schedule: Flexible 8-hour shift starting around 8:30–9:00 AM

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and renew pharmacy, DEA, business, and retail licenses.
• Complete and submit licensing applications while ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Research licensing requirements and maintain accurate records in internal systems.
• Support licensing inbox, physical mail, document management, and store closure notifications.
• Communicate with licensing agencies, business partners, and internal stakeholders.
• Assist with process improvements to streamline licensing operations.

Qualifications:

• 2–4+ years of administrative, licensing, compliance, legal, insurance, mortgage, or similar document-processing experience.
• Experience interpreting business forms and managing detailed documentation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage high-volume workloads.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
• Licensing experience in healthcare, retail, real estate, insurance, or government is a plus.
