Job Title: Director of Surgical Services
Location: Fredericksburg, Texas, USA
Salary: $97,052 – $145,000 + incentive bonus
Relocation: Case by Case Basis Sign-On Bonus: Case by Case Basis
Positions:
Summary:
Leads surgical services operations, ensuring high-quality patient care, regulatory compliance, and efficient department performance. Responsible for staffing, budgeting, patient flow, and driving clinical excellence. Oversees multidisciplinary teams, supports service growth, and improves patient experience and outcomes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s in Nursing (Master’s preferred)
- 3+ years relevant experience
- Leadership experience required
- Surgical Services or ASC background preferred
