About the Opportunity

We are a growing food processing facility (65,000 sq. ft., 200+ employees) looking for two experienced Maintenance Technician Shift Leads — one for 2nd shift and one for 3rd shift. This is a hands-on leadership role with real growth potential in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

What You'll Do

Lead and support the maintenance team during your assigned shift

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on food processing equipment

Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues to minimize downtime

Operate and maintain APV machines, mixers, and similar processing equipment

Work closely with production and operations teams to ensure smooth shift performance

Document maintenance activities using CMMS software

Mentor and guide maintenance technicians on your shift

What We're Looking For

Required:

3+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or food processing environment

Strong electrical AND mechanical troubleshooting skills

Experience with APV machines, mixer machines, or similar food processing equipment

Ability to read schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals

Natural leadership ability — someone who leads by example

Strong communication and team-first attitude

Preferred:

Experience with PLC troubleshooting

Knowledge of pneumatic and hydraulic systems

Familiarity with CMMS maintenance software

OSHA 10 or 30 certification
