RN CSICU - Nights | Cardiac Surgery ICU | Up to $20K Sign-On

Summary

Provide specialized ICU care for critically ill cardiac surgery patients requiring close monitoring, rapid assessments, and advanced critical care interventions in a high-acuity CSICU environment.

Requirements

• 1+ year ICU or PCU acute care experience
• Florida RN license or compact license
• BLS required
• ACLS within 6 months
• BSN preferred
• CCRN preferred within 2 years

Shift

• Full-time Nights
• 7 PM – 7 AM
• Rotating weekends

Pay & Benefits

• $30.89 – $43.25/hr
• Specialty differential: +$2.50/hr
• Night differential: +$3/hr
• Weekend differential: +$2/hr
• Sign-on: $15K Days / $20K Nights
• Relocation assistance available
