Pay: Based on experience
Are you a skilled Industrial Maintenance Mechanic ready to take the lead in keeping equipment and operations running smoothly? We’re looking for a Maintenance Mechanic to join our team in Charlotte. In this role, you’ll use your mechanical and electrical expertise to perform preventative and corrective maintenance on production, fabrication, and facility equipment — helping keep our plant running at top performance.
What You’ll DoTroubleshoot, evaluate, and repair equipment and systems
Perform preventative maintenance on production and facility equipment
Diagnose root causes of equipment failures and recommend solutions
Work with contractors and vendors on projects and sourcing parts
Read and interpret manuals, drawings, and electrical schematics
Support automation and PLC troubleshooting when needed
Maintain inventory of spare parts, tools, and supplies
Ensure safety, cleanliness, and organization in the work area
High School Diploma or GED required
5+ years of mechanical and electrical maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
Ability to read electrical schematics and perform basic electrical troubleshooting
Hands-on experience with automation, relay logic, and PLCs is a plus
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work with minimal supervision
Must be available for overtime and occasional off-shift support
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform frequent standing, bending, reaching, and crawling
Work around machinery, electrical systems, and moderate noise levels
May require work in confined spaces, at heights, or outdoors in various conditions
Safety gear provided (safety glasses, steel-toed shoes, gloves, etc.)
