Customer Service Representative Essential Duties

• Handle incoming phone calls and assist walk-in visitors
• Organize routing schedules and coordinate daily shipments
• Maintain smooth daily workflows within operations and client support department
• Learn and apply air transport regulations and security rules
• Deliver polite and dependable customer service

Customer Service Representative Skills and Knowledge Requirements

• 1-2 years customer service experience
• Clear verbal and written communication skills
• High reliability, strong attention to detail, and ability to follow safety rules
• Capability to adapt and work efficiently in a fast-paced cargo environment
• Prior logistics, warehousing, or airline shipping experience preferred
• Requires security clearance and TSA compliance
