Duties

• Recruit, screen, and interview candidates for open positions
• Match qualified associates to client job opportunities
• Coordinate interviews, job assignments, and onboarding activities
• Maintain accurate records using internal databases and computer systems
• Conduct associate follow-ups and employment verifications
• Communicate professionally with candidates and clients via phone and email
• Learn and follow established recruiting, documentation, and compliance procedures
• Support a collaborative and service‑driven office environment

Requirements

• Entry-level candidates encouraged; some experience in sales, clerical, customer service, or staffing preferred
