CVOR RN | CARDIOVASCULAR OPERATING ROOM NURSE | HIGH PAY + $10K BONUS

Summary:
Excellent opportunity for experienced CVOR nurses to join a high-performing cardiovascular surgical team with advanced OR technology, strong leadership support, and competitive compensation.

Job Responsibilities

• Perform pre-operative patient assessments
• Prepare patients for cardiovascular surgery
• Assist with surgical site verification and OR protocols
• Monitor patients throughout procedures
• Respond to surgical emergencies
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and OR staff
• Educate patients and families on procedures and recovery

Requirements

• 2+ years recent Acute Care CVOR RN experience REQUIRED
• Active Florida RN or Compact License
• ADN or RN Diploma required
• BLS within 30 days
• ACLS within 6 months
• PALS/ENPC within 6 months
• Must be able to meet 30-minute on-call response time

Pay & Benefits

• $34.85 – $49.06/hr
• $10K Sign-On Bonus
• On-Call Pay: $4/hr
• Day Shift with rotating weekends
