CVICU RN (ICU/ PCU) - Full Time | 3x12s | Sign-on + Benefits

We are seeking a dynamic CVICU RN to join a collaborative critical care team dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care in a high-acuity environment. We are seeking a candidate who is passionate about critical care nursing and committed to delivering compassionate, patient-centered care in a fast-paced hospital environment.

Available Shifts:

• Days (Rotating Weekends)
• Nights (Rotating Weekends)

Responsibilities:

• Provide care for critically ill patients including ventilator and drip management
• Serve as a patient and family advocate while maintaining privacy and confidentiality
• Educate patients and families regarding medications and treatment plans
• Deliver high-focus patient care with a commitment to continuous improvement
• Collaborate closely with physicians and interdisciplinary clinical teams

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of recent Acute Care ICU RN experience within the last 2–3 years
• Candidates with 2+ years of PCU RN experience may also be considered
• Active Florida RN license or approved compact RN license required
• Compact license holders must obtain Florida licensure within 60 days of relocation
• Associate Degree required | BSN preferred

Compensation & Additional Information:

• Salary Range: Up to $48.00/hr (Based on years of experience)
• Night Shift Differential: $4.25/hr

Sign-On Bonus:

• $10,000 – Day Shift
• $15,000 – Night Shift

Relocation Assistance available on a case-by-case basis
