Primary Care Physician

Job Type: Full-Time
Location: Richmond, VA (On-site)

Salary: $225,000 – $285,000 annually (commensurate with experience)

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Primary Care Physician to join a well-established practice in Richmond, Virginia. The ideal candidate is patient-centered, clinically strong, and dedicated to delivering high-quality care for adult and/or family populations.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care, including preventive, acute, and chronic disease management
• Diagnose and treat a broad range of medical conditions
• Develop individualized treatment plans in partnership with patients
• Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to ensure high-quality care delivery

Qualifications

• Board Certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
• Active Virginia medical license (or eligibility for licensure)
• U.S. medical graduate (stateside required)
• 5–20 years of experience in a primary care setting
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
