Job Overview

Express Employment Professionals is hiring Forklift Operators for a logistics facility in Bay Minette. This position requires safe forklift operation, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Schedule Options

🕒 Available Shifts:

• 1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
• 2nd Shift: 3:30 PM – 11:00 PM
• 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM

Responsibilities

✅ Operate a forklift safely in a busy logistics facility
✅ Load and unload trucks throughout the shift
✅ Move and stage materials accurately
✅ Verify product and shipment information
✅ Maintain a clean and organized work area
✅ Follow all warehouse and forklift safety procedures

Requirements

✅ Previous forklift experience preferred
✅ Strong attention to detail
✅ Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
✅ Safety-minded and dependable
✅ Ability to stand, lift, bend, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift

Work Environment
