Job Description
We are hiring a Laboratory Technologist (MLT / CLS / LVN) to join a growing Point-of-Care Laboratory team in San Leandro, CA. This is a full-time permanent opportunity with a stable Monday–Friday evening schedule, competitive pay, excellent benefits, and career growth.
Schedule
- Monday–Friday
- 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM
- Full-Time (40 hours/week)
Pay
- $26–$32/hour (based on experience)
Responsibilities
- Perform point-of-care laboratory testing
- Collect and process blood specimens
- Operate and maintain laboratory equipment
- Enter patient information and test results accurately
- Perform quality control procedures
- Follow laboratory safety and compliance standards
Requirements
- California MLT, CLS, or LVN license (required)
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Laboratory and specimen collection experience preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
