Desired Qualifications:

  • Active and unencumbered RN license
  • Minimum of 2 years recent Operating Room experience
  • Current BLS and ACLS certifications (AHA preferred)
  • Strong critical thinking, organizational, and communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Circulate and scrub for a wide range of surgical procedures
  • Deliver safe, compassionate patient care throughout the perioperative process
  • Collaborate with physicians, anesthesiologists, and surgical technologists
  • Ensure operating room standards, sterile technique, and patient safety protocols are followed
  • Prepare and maintain surgical instruments, equipment, and supplies
  • Provide perioperative patient and family education
