Job Description
Earn up to $50.39/hour supporting highly automated manufacturing equipment in one of the area's premier production facilities.
We're looking for experienced Industrial Maintenance Technicians, Controls Technicians, PLC Technicians, Industrial Electricians, and Electro-Mechanical Technicians with strong electrical troubleshooting and PLC experience.
Available Shifts
- Day Shift: 4:00 AM start
- Swing Shift: 2:30 PM start
- Overtime available
- Temporary assignment
You'll troubleshoot, repair, and improve automated manufacturing equipment while working with industry-leading control systems.
Responsibilities include:
- Troubleshoot PLC-controlled equipment
- Repair electrical and control systems
- Program and modify Allen-Bradley PLCs
- Support automated production equipment
- Diagnose electrical, mechanical, and automation failures
- Work with HMIs, SCADA, FactoryTalk, RS Linx, and Stratix switches
- Read electrical schematics and blueprints
- Install and commission industrial equipment
- Perform preventative maintenance
- Support continuous improvement projects
- Help minimize production downtime
We're looking for technicians with:
? 6+ years of industrial maintenance or controls experience
? Strong electrical troubleshooting skills
? PLC troubleshooting experience
? Allen-Bradley ControlLogix or CompactLogix experience
? HMI experience
? Ability to read electrical schematics
? Industrial manufacturing experience
Preferred ExperienceExperience with any of the following is highly desired:
- Food manufacturing
- Automated production equipment
- SCADA
- FactoryTalk
- Wonderware
- PID tuning
- Forklifts
- Scissor lifts
- Industrial instrumentation
- Pay: $49.40-$50.39/hr
