Position: Registered Nurse (Medical-Surgical)

Location: Las Cruces, NM

Compensation

• Salary: $74,880 – $100,000 annually
• Sign-On Bonus: Up to $20,000 (based on experience)
• Relocation Assistance: Partial

Requirements

• Active New Mexico RN License
• Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
• BLS Certification (required at hire)
• ACLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications required within 6 months of hire
• 1+ year Medical-Surgical experience or 1+ year nursing experience in any specialty

Unit Details

• 34-bed Medical-Surgical Unit
• Located on the 3rd Floor
• Nurse-to-patient ratio: 1:5 to 1:6

Team Environment

Work alongside:

• Registered Nurses (RNs)
• Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs)
• Certified Medication Aides (CMAs)
• Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)

Key Responsibilities

• Perform patient assessments
• Administer medications and treatments
• Develop and implement care plans
• Monitor patient conditions and outcomes
• Ensure patient safety, comfort, and quality care
