Data Coordinator

Ascend staffing is hiring for Data Coordinator position in Sunnyvale, TX

• Weekly pay of $19.50 per hour

Data CoordinatorTasks & Duties

• Collect and compile production data from various sources, including machinery, operators, and quality control reports.

• Compile, verify accuracy and sort information according to priorities to prepare source data for computer entry

• Correct and modify inaccurate files and records

• Research and get information for incomplete documents

• Develop and maintain databases for tracking key performance indicators (KPls) related to manufacturing operations.

• Generate reports, store completed work in designated locations and perform backup operations

• Collaborate with IT to troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to data management tools. Prepare and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly production reports to management and other stakeholders.

• Keep information confidential

• Respond to requests for information and access relevant files

• Comply with data integrity and security policies

• Alert management to any potential issues or trends that could impact production efficiency or product quality.

• 3rd Shift, 9:00 pm to 5:00 am

• Monday - Friday

Data CoordinatorQualifications (Requirements/Skills)

• Data Coordinator experience preferred

• GED / High School Diploma or equivalent

• Able to pass a pre-employment drug screen

• Able to pass a background check

• Able to work in the US

• Proven data entry work experience, as a Data entry operator or Office clerk

• Experience with MS Office and data programs

• Familiarity with administrative duties

• Experience using office equipment, like fax machines and scanner

• Typing speed and accuracy

• Excellent knowledge of correct spelling, grammar and punctuation

• Attention to detail

• Confidentiality

• Organizational skills, with an ability to stay focused on assigned tasks
