Registered Nurse - Med-Surg Oncology | Full Time

Position Name: Med-Surg Oncology RN

Shift Available:

• Days (Rotating Weekends): 7a–7p
• Nights (Rotating Weekends): 7p–7a

What You Will Do in This Role:

• Collect comprehensive data pertinent to the patient’s health or situation
• Advocate for patients as part of the interdisciplinary team
• Analyze the assessment data to determine the diagnosis or issues
• Identify expected outcomes for a plan individualized to the patient and the situation
• Act as an advocate for patient safety

Job Requirements:

• 1 year of Recent ACUTE CARE RN experience required
• Florida RN license and/or approved multistate RN license required (Compact license holders have 60 days to obtain Florida license after relocation)
• Current BLS required
• Current ACLS preferred, required within 6 months of hire
• BSN is preferred

Nurse Patient Ratio: 1:5 – 1:6

Salary Range: $27.72 - $39.60 Based on years of experience

Sign-On Bonus: $10K (Days) / $15K (Nights)

Relocation: Case by Case

Shift Differentials: $3 Nights | $2 Weekends
