Job Description
The ER RN role in this high-demand environment requires skilled nurses to provide critical and timely emergency care in a fast-paced setting. This position involves independent and collaborative responsibilities within a supervisory team structure, managing patients ranging from moderate to high acuity. Nurses will work various shifts including mixed and night schedules with rotating weekends, contributing to a dynamic and supportive team while delivering essential care and patient education.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of acute care emergency nursing experience
- Associate Degree in Nursing
- Registered Nurse (RN) license
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in emergency nursing and triage
- Certification or knowledge in Cardiac Life Support and pediatric care
- Proficient patient assessment skills
- Familiarity with Electronic Medical Records (EMR)
- Strong critical thinking, communication, teamwork, and time management abilities
Shift Differentials: $4.25 for Nights.
