• Coordinate testing activities for distributed control environments, including interfaces, databases, cybersecurity considerations, and network communications.
• Monitor project health using tools such as Jira, Microsoft Project, Power BI, or Smartsheet, and communicate status, dependencies, and risks to stakeholders.
• Ensure delivered solutions meet defined technical expectations and conform to established quality standards and operational objectives.• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Electronics and Communication Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline.
• At least 5 years of experience leading projects, programs, or products involving embedded systems or related technical platforms.
• Working knowledge of embedded hardware and software concepts, including electrical and electronic components, firmware, and communication protocols.
• Familiarity with microprocessors, microcontrollers, real-time operating systems, and programming languages such as C, C++, or Python.
• Experience applying project delivery approaches such as Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall in technical development environments.
• Proficiency with project and collaboration tools including Jira, Microsoft Project, Power BI, and Smartsheet.
• Understanding of quality assurance practices and standards relevant to embedded systems development and testing.
• PMP or similar project management certification is preferred but not required.
