Job Description
We are seeking an RN Float Pool - Medical Surgical to join our team! You will be responsible for the assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of assigned patients.
Available Shifts: (The days the candidate would be working could vary and they will work every other weekend) *3 12 hour shifts
- Days: 7a-7p(Rotating weekends)
- Nights: 7p-7a (Rotating weekends)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic Float Pool RN to join our team. You would be part of a phenomenal team that works hard to support each other while providing excellent care to our patients in a collaborative manner. You will have the unique ability to “float” between several different areas across the nursing spectrum.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the patient and family advocate, protecting privacy and confidentiality.
- Facilitate patient care making nursing assessments and diagnosis.
- Provide plan based care with a commitment to continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- 1 year of recent (within the last year) Med-Surg acute care RN experience Required *Needs to be flexible on floating to multiple units *ONLY MED-SURG EXPERIENCE IS ACCEPTABLE
Registered Nurse License
- Graduation from an accredited school of Nursing
- Nursing experience in an acute care hospital setting preferred
- Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
- AHCA Level 2 background screen and fingerprinting required.
Salary Range: Flat rate of $43/hr (no matter on years of experience)
Shift Differentials: Nights $4.25 and the weekend: $3
Sign on: $15k Days / $25k Nights
