Contract Coordinator

Job Title: Global Commercial Data & AI Contract Coordinator

Location: Raritan NJ 08869

Duration: 08/24/2026 to 08/23/2027

Role is HYBRID, onsite 3 days a week at Raritan, NJ location

Description:

The Global Commercial Data & AI Contract Coordinator team supports GCDAI for eMarketplace and Statement of Work entry and follow-through for all contract requests.

In-Scope:

· Coordinating with Procurement and submitting eMarketplace requests on behalf of team members from across GCDAI, including:

- Initial requests for a contract

- Contract and Purchase Order (PO) amendments

- CDAs/Non-disclosure agreements

· Manage life cycle of each GCDAI agreement

· Timely follow-up on each open request to ensure follow-through

· Escalating to the GCSO Procurement Lead and GCDAI team members as needed

· Maintain contract tracker

· Providing weekly status updates via email

· Providing the sourcing contact for MSA requests and RFPs

Qualifications:

- Associates degree or higher

- At least 5 years of experience (highly preferred)

- Previous experience with eMarketPlace.

- Must be able to work together with the team

- Must value team work

- Previous experience with processing Purchase Orders (POs)
