Job Description

·                     Oversee and drive plant quality across Distribution/Re-pack, Injection Molding, and Wire Harness Manufacturing operations

·                     Provide strategic quality leadership and support to three local manufacturing plants in Coudersport, Wellsboro, and McElhattan, PA

·                     Directly manage a team of 3 Senior Quality Engineers with 5 indirect reports (IDR) rolling up into the organization

·                     Lead resolution of all quality issues, including corrective actions, root cause analysis, and problem-solving initiatives

·                     Manage defective parts disposition and supplier quality issues to ensure continuous improvement

·                     Oversee quality documentation processes including PPAP, APQP, and P-FMEAs

Key Requirements 

·                     BS in Engineering preferred; equivalent work experience demonstrating the ability to perform the role will be considered

·                     Background in automotive manufacturing required

·                     Minimum of 8+ years of experience in a quality management leadership role
