Cardiovascular ICU RN (CVICU) - Full Time | Sign-on + Benefits

We are hiring a CVICU RN for a cardiovascular intensive care unit within a Level II Trauma Center offering advanced cardiac services including open-heart surgery, interventional cardiology, electrophysiology, and cardiac rehabilitation.

Seeking a compassionate and dependable CVICU RN to provide care for critically ill patients requiring close monitoring and frequent assessments in a fast-paced acute care environment.

Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality patient care in the CVICU
• Monitor and assess critically ill patients
• Educate patients and families regarding medications and treatment plans
• Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to support patient outcomes

Requirements:

• 1+ years of recent ICU RN experience in an acute care hospital required
• Active Florida RN license or compact RN license required
• Associate degree or RN Diploma required

Additional Information:

• 12-Bed Unit
• Nurse-to-Patient Ratio: 1:1 / 1:2

Compensation:
Pay Range: $33.77 – $49.06/hr based on experience
Night Differential: $4.50/hr
Weekend Differential: $1.50/hr

Sign-On Bonus: Days: $5,000/ Nights: $7,500
