Construction Laborer- Entry Level

Location: Sioux Falls, SD

Pay: $19-$23

Hours: Monday-Friday, 7 am- 5 pm

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled laborer to join our new jobsite project running through the end of November. This role offers the opportunity for permanent placement based on performance.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with various construction tasks as required on site.
• Perform carpentry and finishing work.
• Contribute to the building and construction of commercial projects.
• Operate forklifts and other construction equipment as needed.

Essential Skills:

• Experience in general construction and carpentry.
• Proficiency in finishing tasks related to construction.
• Familiarity with commercial project builds.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• Prior forklift experience is highly desirable.
• Experience in construction is required.

Work Environment:

Work on diverse projects including schools, manufacturing buildings, warehouses, new retail constructions, hospital/medical buildings, and apartment complexes. The work is focused on commercial new construction buildings. You will be part of small crews of 1-3 people, with total job crews ranging from 5-20 people. The dress code requires work boots and prohibits shorts, emphasizing safety and professionalism.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Sioux Falls, SD.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
