What You'll DoAs a Welder & Fabricator, you will play a key role in producing custom fabricated metal products from blueprint to finished assembly.
Responsibilities- Read and interpret blueprints, weld symbols, and fabrication drawings.
- Lay out, fit, fabricate, and assemble metal components to required specifications.
- Perform MIG, Flux Core, and TIG welding on a variety of materials and projects.
- Set up and operate fabrication equipment, including:
- Press Brake
- Iron Worker
- Plasma Table
- Operate forklifts and overhead cranes safely and efficiently.
- Grind, clean, and finish welds to ensure quality workmanship.
- Support painting and finishing operations as needed.
- Maintain a safe, organized, and productive work environment.
- 3+ years of welding and fabrication experience.
- Strong proficiency in MIG, Flux Core, and TIG welding.
- Ability to read blueprints, perform layouts, and complete fitting work independently.
- Excellent measuring and fabrication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Experience operating overhead cranes, Iron Workers, and Plasma Tables.
- AWS D1.1 or other welding certifications.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel between our Dallastown and Red Lion facilities.

- First Shift: 5:00 AM - 1:30 PM
- Regular overtime available, often until 3:30 PM
- Occasional Saturday work
This position is based in a fabrication job shop environment. The facility is not climate-controlled and includes welding stations, fabrication equipment, and heavy machinery. Proper PPE is required, including safety glasses, hearing protection, work pants, and safety footwear.
Work will be performed at our Dallastown and Red Lion, PA locations, so flexibility in commuting between facilities is required.
