Client Intake Representative

Express has partnered with a local organization for the hiring of two client service representatives.

Responsibilities include:

-Provide client with energy program information.
- Interview client on available services, utility rights and responsibilities, energy conservation and program requirements.
- Counsels client on availability and suitability of energy programs after examining client income and utility histories.
- Provide client with copies of all available energy-related brochures and printed materials.
- Enter data into State computer system.
- Maintain all records necessary for the implementation of this program in an orderly and easily retrievable manner.

Hours:

8a-4:30pm

Monday- Friday

$17/hour
