Med-Surg RN | $43/hr + Night & Weekend Differentials

Position: Float Pool RN – Medical-Surgical
Location: Gainesville, FL
Schedule: Full-time • 3x12 hour shifts • Rotating weekends • Day (7a–7p) & Night (7p–7a) shifts

What You’ll Do:

• Advocate for patients and families while maintaining privacy and confidentiality
• Perform nursing assessments and contribute to care planning
• Deliver high-quality plan-of-care nursing with a focus on continuous improvement
• Float between units to support staffing needs and provide consistent care
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient outcomes

Qualifications:

• Florida RN license or approved multistate RN license (compact license holders have 60 days to obtain Florida license if relocating)
• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing
• Minimum 1 year of current acute care Med-Surg experience (must be actively working in Med-Surg)
• BCLS certification required within 30 days of hire

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base Pay: $43/hr flat rate
• Night Differential: $4.25/hr
• Weekend Differential: $3/hr
• Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance: Case-by-case
