Customer Service Representative

Salary: $18-19/hour

Customer Service Representative Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Answer incoming customer calls
• Assist walk-in customers
• Schedule and process service work
• Process route and delivery paperwork
• Maintain customer records
• Assist with accounts receivable and collections
• Support service technicians and route drivers

Required Qualifications
