AP/AR Payroll Specialist Construction

Electrical contractor in San Francisco has an opening for an experienced Accounts Payable/Payroll Specialist.

·         The candidate needs to be able to manage high-volume:

o   Union-focused and prevailing wage payroll

  Key tasks include processing weekly field payroll, reconciling union reports, and supporting project labor cost tracking.

o   Vendor invoicing, managing subcontractor payables, ensuring accurate job costing and regulatory compliance.

·         This role requires strong attention to detail, proficiency in construction accounting software, and knowledge of certified payroll requirements.
