We're looking for an experienced Quality Control Manager to oversee quality assurance on high-impact construction projects. This is a leadership opportunity for a technical professional who thrives in the field, understands complex construction operations, and is passionate about delivering work that exceeds expectations.

What You'll Do

• Lead all Quality Control activities from project startup through completion
• Manage inspections, audits, testing, and quality documentation
• Ensure compliance with plans, specifications, contracts, and project standards
• Serve as the primary quality liaison with clients and project teams
• Work closely with Project Managers, Superintendents, Engineers, and subcontractors
• Identify issues early and drive effective corrective actions
• Maintain the highest standards of workmanship, compliance, and project execution

Required Qualifications

✅ Texas Professional Engineer (PE) License or Graduate of an ABET-Accredited Engineering Program

✅ USACE CQCSM Certification

✅ 6+ Years of Construction Quality Management Experience

✅ 2+ Years of Structural Concrete Experience

✅ 2+ Years of Structural Backfill Experience
