Job Description
Customer Service Representative
We are looking for a compassionate Customer Service Representative to support existing patients with medical supply orders in Centennial, Colorado. This contract opportunity with potential for a permanent role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced service environment, communicates with empathy, and stays organized while managing multiple tasks at once. The person in this role will guide patients through routine and more involved order needs, resolve account issues, and ensure accurate order processing with a strong focus on service quality.
Responsibilities:
• Manage a steady mix of inbound and outbound calls each day, providing timely support to existing patients regarding medical supply orders.
• Assist patients with placing standard orders, processing exchanges or returns, and updating orders within established ordering schedules.
• Review accounts when orders are delayed or on hold, identify missing details, and coordinate with internal teams to help move orders forward.
• Enter and update order information with a high degree of accuracy while documenting interactions during live calls.
• Navigate multiple systems at the same time to ask questions, verify order details, and complete required templates efficiently.
• Deliver thoughtful, patient-centered service to individuals across a wide range of ages, addressing concerns with empathy and professionalism.
• Handle more detailed or sensitive calls with a problem-solving mindset, working toward resolution rather than transferring issues unnecessarily.
• Maintain service standards tied to quality monitoring and contribute to a positive customer experience on every interaction.
• 2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a high-volume phone-based environment.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks at once while speaking with customers, reviewing information, and completing data entry.
• Strong verbal communication skills with a calm, compassionate, and detail-oriented approach to patient interactions.
• Comfortable handling discussions related to medical supplies and sensitive health-related topics.
• Experience with inbound and outbound calling, order entry, and account follow-up.
• High attention to detail and accuracy when processing orders and maintaining records.
• Willingness to work in a performance-driven setting that includes quality assurance measurement.
• Bilingual skills or prior healthcare-related experience are helpful but not required.
