Med surg RN | $15K Sign on | Urgent Hire

The Med Surg RN plays a critical role in providing high-quality nursing care to patients in medical-surgical settings. This permanent position requires a dedicated professional who is licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse and is committed to delivering compassionate and efficient care in a fast-paced environment.

Shifts: Nights | 12 hrs

Sign on Bonus: $15,000 for a 2-year commitment

Responsibilities

• Assess patient health problems and needs
• Develop and implement nursing care plans
• Prepare patients for and assist with diagnostic tests and procedures
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor, record, and report symptoms or changes in patients’ conditions
• Collaborate with doctors and other healthcare professionals
• Educate patients and families on health maintenance and disease prevention

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN License in New Mexico or Compact required
• BLS certification required
• Associate’s Degree in Nursing required
• Minimum 3 years of nursing experience required
