Job Description
Part-Time Resident Manager
Location: San Francisco, CA
Compensation: $28.00-$30.00 per hour
Schedule: Part-Time | Flexible Hours - working 40 to 60 per month.
**This position requires approximately 40-60 hours per month. The schedule offers flexibility, allowing hours to be worked during the day, evenings, or weekends. To ensure consistent support, hours should be distributed relatively evenly throughout the month, averaging approximately 10-15 hours per week.**

What You'll Do
Resident Experience
- Serve as the primary on-site contact for residents.
- Respond professionally to resident questions, concerns, and maintenance requests.
- Build positive relationships and foster a welcoming community environment.
- Assist with resident communications and community notices.
Property Maintenance & Inspections
- Perform light handyman work including basic plumbing, electrical, painting, carpentry, and general repairs.
- Conduct routine property inspections and identify maintenance or safety concerns.
- Coordinate larger repair projects with vendors and contractors.
- Help ensure the property remains clean, safe, and well-maintained.
Unit Turnovers
- Assist with move-in and move-out inspections.
- Coordinate unit preparation between residents.
- Support minor repairs and oversee readiness of vacant apartments.
Common Area Oversight
- Monitor the appearance and cleanliness of hallways, stairwells, laundry rooms, lobbies, and other shared spaces.
- Report property issues and safety concerns promptly.
- Help maintain a welcoming environment for residents and guests.
Vendor Coordination & Emergency Response
- Provide access to contractors and service providers.
- Assist with scheduling and monitoring vendor work.
- Respond to property emergencies and communicate with management as needed.
Administrative Support
- Maintain basic records related to maintenance requests and resident concerns.
- Provide updates on property conditions and operational needs.
- Assist with posting notices and other property communications.
