Production Operator – Twin Falls, IDPay Rate: $22.03/hour

Kelly® is currently looking for reliable and motivated Production Operators to join our client’s team in Twin Falls, ID. If you have a strong work ethic, a commitment to quality, and flexibility to work a rotating schedule—this could be your next opportunity!What’s in it for you?

Schedule:
  • Must be able to work all shifts:
    • Days: 6:00 am – 2:00 pm
    • Swing: 6:00 pm – 10:00 pm
    • Nights: 10:00 pm – 6:00 am
  • Training will be held on day shift for 2–3 weeks.
  • No fixed schedule; assigned based on staffing needs.
  • Note: Shifts can be 8 or 12 hours.
What You’ll Do:
  • Operate production equipment safely and efficiently
  • Complete ongoing training and learn new skills
  • Work collaboratively in a team-based environment
  • Perform tasks inside and outside under variable conditions (heat, noise, shift work)
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or G.E.D. required
  • A minimum of 3 years employment and/or schooling (or combination) within the last 4 years
  • Availability to work all three rotating shifts—including weekends and holidays
  • Must be fully cleared to start
  • Must complete and pass an interview
