Project Director / Xactimate Estimator - Mitigation & Construction

The Project Director/ Xactimate Estimator is a dual-role position responsible for managing mitigation and construction projects from start to finish while also preparing accurate, detailed cost estimates using Xactimate. This role ensures scopes are correct, budgets are maintained, documentation is complete, and projects are executed to CDS’s high standards.

The PD/Estimator coordinates with clients, subcontractors, field teams, and CDS leadership, while overseeing project timelines, financials, and performance metrics.
