• Shift Differentials: +$4.25 Nights | +$3 Weekends

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year Acute Care RN experience
• RN License (FL or Compact)
• BLS (AHA) required

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver patient-centered ICU care
• Monitor, assess, and implement treatment plans
• Educate patients and families on care plans and recovery
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation
