We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join a community-based vaccination initiative. The RN will administer a variety of immunizations, including Influenza, COVID-19, MMR, Hepatitis A & B, Tdap, Shingles, Pneumococcal, HPV, RSV, and other CDC-recommended vaccines. This role requires strong clinical judgment, exceptional patient care skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail healthcare environment.

- Administer immunizations following CDC guidelines and organizational protocols. \n
- Assess patients prior to vaccination and monitor for adverse reactions. \n
- Educate patients regarding vaccines, benefits, potential side effects, and post-vaccination care. \n
- Maintain accurate electronic documentation of all immunizations and patient interactions. \n
- Follow infection prevention, safety, and medication administration standards. \n
- Collaborate with pharmacists, healthcare providers, and clinic staff to ensure efficient patient flow. \n
- Deliver compassionate, professional care while maintaining patient confidentiality. \n
- Maintain vaccine inventory and ensure proper storage and handling procedures. \n
- Support community vaccination initiatives and public health programs. \n
- Adapt to changing workflows and patient volumes while maintaining high-quality care. \n

- Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of California. \n
- Minimum 1 year of nursing experience, including immunization administration. \n
- Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification. \n
- Strong clinical assessment and medication administration skills. \n
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and patient education abilities. \n
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team. \n
- Flexible with scheduling and work assignments. \n
- Must not be listed on the DEA Excluded Parties List. \n
- High School Diploma or GED required. \n

- Previous experience in retail health, ambulatory care, occupational health, public health, or vaccination clinics. \n
- Experience administering a high volume of vaccinations. \n
