Navitas Healthcare is seeking a local contract MRI Technologist for a local contract job in New York, New York.

1+ year of recent MRI Technologist experience required (2+ years preferred). Candidates must be proficient in performing MRI imaging procedures, patient positioning, MRI safety screening, image evaluation, and ensuring studies are accurately documented and transmitted to PACS and IDX (Radiology Information System). A strong understanding of cross-sectional anatomy, MRI physics, physiology, physical sciences, and MRI safety protocols is required. Candidates must be graduates of a JRCERT-approved School of Radiologic Technology and hold an active New York State License (L.R.T.) along with ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) certification. Strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to provide excellent patient care in a fast-paced imaging environment are essential.
