Morales Group is looking for a Bilingual On-Site Performance Manager to serve as the primary liaison between our client and our workforce, ensuring exceptional service, operational excellence, and employee success.

In this role, you'll:

• Partner closely with client leadership to deliver outstanding service and workforce solutions.

• Manage the day-to-day operations of an onsite contingent workforce, including onboarding, employee relations, attendance, payroll support, and performance management.

• Drive employee engagement, retention, and safety while ensuring compliance with client and company requirements.

• Monitor key performance metrics, conduct business reviews, and collaborate with internal recruiting teams to meet current and future staffing needs.

• Serve as a trusted advisor to both employees and clients, helping create a positive workplace and successful partnership.
