American Traveler is hiring an Echo Technologist with an Associate's Degree in Ultrasound and RDCS or CCI certification to perform cardiac diagnostic testing in a cardio diagnostics department.

- Work in a Cardio Diagnostics (ECG) department performing echocardiography and cardiac diagnostic testing \n
- Day shift schedule from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, 5 days per week, 40 hours weekly \n
- On-call responsibilities 1-2 days per week \n
- Weekend coverage required every 5th weekend \n
- Rotational holiday coverage \n
- 13-week contract assignment \n
- \n
- Associate's Degree in Ultrasound required \n
- RDCS (ARDMS) or CCI certification required \n
- BLS certification (American Heart Association) required \n
- Minimum 3 years of previous healthcare experience required \n
- License required if applicable \n
- Ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks while coordinating patient flow \n

- Oversee technical procedures, patient care, and workflows in the echocardiography laboratory \n
- Perform routine and complex echocardiographic sonography imaging procedures following departmental guidelines \n
- Critique positioning, technical factors, and alignment to demonstrate acceptable imaging quality standards \n
- Review patient data for accuracy, quality, and completeness \n
- Document exams accurately and completely \n
- Assist performing physicians and sonographers in providing high-quality echocardiographic exams \n
- Cross-train to other divisions of CV Services \n
- Candidates must live outside a 50-mile radius of the facility to be eligible \n
- RTO not to exceed 7 total days per 13-week contract \n
