  • BLS (AHA) certification

• Experience Required:\n

  • Minimum 1 year of hospital pharmacy experience

  • IV compounding experience required
  \n
  • Chemotherapy familiarity preferred (prior chemo compounding experience not required)

  • Small Outpatient/Oncology Infusion Center

• 25-bed facility with an average daily census of ~12 patients

• EHR: Cerner
\n
• Automated Dispensing System: Omnicell
\n

Schedule\n

\n
• Preferred: 40 hours/week
\n
• Weekend: Saturday rotation preferred (staff may be flexible)
\n
• Pharmacy Hours:\n

  • Monday–Friday: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  \n
  • Saturday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
  \n
  • Closed Sundays and 6 holidays per year
  \n

Additional Information\n

• No floating required.
\n
• Dress code: Scrubs or professional attire with closed-toe shoes.
\n
• Orientation includes training on IV/Hazardous compounding, Cerner EHR, Omnicell, and department workflows led by the Pharmacy Director and staff.
